INTRODUCTION

SERVICES

If a separate written agreement applies to a particular engagement, its terms will govern that engagement to the extent of any conflict.

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, duration, deliverables, resources required, and other circumstances of each engagement. Consulting services may be priced on a project basis, hourly basis, recurring basis, or another mutually agreed arrangement. Any applicable fees will be communicated to the client before services are provided or as otherwise established in a written agreement.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or invoice, payment is due upon receipt of an invoice. Specific engagements may use milestone-based payments, deposits, recurring payments, or other payment schedules agreed upon by Verdant House Inc. and the client.

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts that remain unpaid after their due date may be subject to reasonable late charges to the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable written agreement. Verdant House Inc. may suspend or pause services when an account becomes past due. The client remains responsible for amounts incurred before suspension or termination.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because consulting services may involve reserved time, planning, analysis, and work performed specifically for a client, fees for completed services are generally non-refundable. Cancellation terms for a specific engagement may be established in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If no separate cancellation policy applies, a client may request cancellation by providing written notice. Verdant House Inc. will determine any refund of prepaid amounts based on services already performed, work completed, non-cancellable expenses, and other applicable obligations.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information reasonably necessary for the performance of services. Verdant House Inc. is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information supplied by a client.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Consulting services are intended to provide professional guidance, analysis, recommendations, and operational support. Verdant House Inc. does not guarantee any particular financial, operational, business, or other result.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, systems, templates, processes, and other proprietary materials developed or owned by Verdant House Inc. remain the property of Verdant House Inc. Client-specific deliverables and permitted uses will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

WEBSITE USE

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or its availability to other users.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Verdant House Inc. may use third-party technology, payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers, or other service providers in connection with its website and services. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
